Peter L Hay

Peter Hay was appointed to the Board in 1977.

He was Group Technical Director for five years and subsequently Group Managing Director for eleven years.

Victor P Bellanti

Chief Executive
Victor Bellanti joined Norman Hay plc in 1993 as Finance Director and was appointed Chief Executive in March 2000.

He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1979 with a degree in Business Studies and qualified as a Management Accountant in 1981.
Victor has worked for a number of multinational companies including GEC and Wabco and spent three years with Commercial Intertech in Luxembourg.

David W Miller

David Miller was Chief Operating Officer until his retirement in 2006. He was employed by Norman Hay plc for seven years following a successful international executive career. In 2007 David rejoined the company as a Non-Executive.

Brigid M Cattle

Human Resources Director
Brigid Cattle was appointed to the Norman Hay plc Board as Group Human Resources Director in January 2013. Brigid has been Company Secretary since 2000, and was previously Human Resources Director of Ultraseal International.

Nick Ogden

Group Financial Director
Nick Ogden graduated from Birmingham University in 1995 with a degree in Money, Banking and Finance and joined BDO Stoy Hayward LLP in January 1995. He became a senior manager in their Business Assurance team before joining Norman Hay plc in 2008.

His responsibilities at BDO included planning, co-ordination and delivery of audits. He managed a portfolio of businesses, including manufacturing, chemical and service companies, acquiring considerable relevant sector knowledge.

Nick was appointed Group Financial Director in August 2010.

Lee Shelton

Managing Director

Lee Shelton was appointed Managing Director of Sifco ASC in December 2012. He joined Norman Hay plc more than 10 years ago and has been instrumental in developing the Group’s overseas operations. Lee was based in Hong Kong for three years as Director of International Business Development and prior to that was based in Japan for six years as a Director of Ultraseal International.

Gary Lloyd

Managing Director
Ultraseal International

Gary Lloyd has been employed by Ultraseal for twenty-eight years.

As a qualified Mechanical/Production Engineer he has been involved in all aspects of the company including engineering manufacture, commercial contracts and international sales in Europe, USA and Asia. He is responsible for all Ultraseal Group operations including UK, China, India and USA.

Having specialised in the design & manufacture of machine tools and automation, Gary brings to the Ultraseal group over 30 years of commercial and technical expertise gained within the automotive and manufacturing sectors.

Mike Priddle

Managing Director

Mike Priddle joined Ultraseal International in March 1987 and in 1998 was appointed to the Board of Ultraseal International as Engineering Director.

Following a strategic review of the Group’s engineering activities in 2007, Mike was appointed Managing Director of NHE.

NHE employs a multi-discipline team of more than 60 people to manage the design, manufacturing and project management for installations and after sales service in the UK and overseas.

Ronnie Steedman

Non-Executive Director
Ronnie Steedman joined the company as a Non-Executive Director in October 2011.

After a long career with Bank of Scotland in various senior positions in the UK and overseas, Ronnie joined Weatherbys Bank in 2002 as Executive Director. He retired from the board of Weatherbys Bank in 2011 continuing as a Consultant until December 2014. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.

Jeremy Salisbury

Marketing Director
Jeremy Salisbury joined Norman Hay plc in December 2012. He is an experienced marketing professional with a background in industrial and support service marketing both in the UK and internationally.

Samantha Forrest

Legal Counsel and Company Secretarty
Samantha joined Norman Hay plc in January 2017. A qualified solicitor and graduate of the University of Cambridge, Samantha maintains the highest standards of Corporate Governance across Norman Hay plc.
