Armourcote has over 40 years experience in the development and application of high performance surface treatments and has a reputation as a leading global supplier in the development and application of surface coatings for clients across a broad spectrum of industries.

We specialise in modifying component surfaces to endow them with properties required by the engineering and process industries. Our reputation is founded on consistent high quality, attention to detail, and the ability to handle components of all sizes- we specialise in solving problems.

We offer release coatings, protection coatings friction coatings and anti-corrosion coatings. 

We are specialists in surface release, durability, temperature tolerance, hardness, friction resistance and protection from chemical attack. We are skilled across surface coating and clients seek our reputation, expertise and experience, as different applications require different solutions.

We offer over 150 standard coatings, though new projects, tighter specifications, differing priorities and environmental issues mean we often have to respond with customised solutions. We specialise in fluorocarbon and fluoropolymer surface coatings: PTFE Coatings, Moly Coatings, Electroless nickel, and Electroless nickel composites, Anti-corrosion systems, Anodising and Aerospace & Defence coating systems.

SURFACE RELEASE to minimise the unwanted adhesion of products to production machinery which reduces cleaning time, product wastage, contamination of product, damage to machinery.

FRICTION CONTROL to minimise friction without the use of liquid lubricants, created when two surface surfaces operate in contact with each other. This reduces wear, heat generation, running costs, maintenance costs, machine downtime and operational limitations.
