MX Systems supply world class casting impregnation systems and sealants to a global customer base by offering new systems and sealants to improve cleanliness, sealing performance and lower operating costs. We offer comprehensive expertise and experience in impregnation sealants and systems.

MX Systems manufacture a range of impregnation systems for the sealing of porosity in castings, including top load dip systems, top load rotational systems and the latest front load automated conveyor based systems. We are able to offer skills and systems that outperform other sealants; that significantly reduce operating costs and that have no trade effluent. We are also able to offer free laboratory testing and reporting of sealant and other solution samples plus full chemical, process and technical support

MX Systems International manufacture and supply the established PC504 & MX2 impregnation sealants, sealant and water recycling systems and the new 'Auto-Seal' single & twin chamber impregnation systems.

Our latest Auto-Seal system has effectively redefined performance standards in its field. The beneficial impact of the Auto-Seal is being increasingly acknowledged by everybody involved in the impregnation industry. It combines for the first time four separate process stages - impregnation, drain, cold wash and hot cure - into a single, stand-alone unit, the system has much to offer from the dual perspective of production efficiency and environmental protection.

Our systems repeatedly achieve a 100% sealing to the very stringent US MIL STD aluminium test ring standards. Process times have been reduced by some 50% which, alone, has had a dramatic impact on production efficiency. Auto-Seal has been shown to achieve a recycling rate of up to 90%. 

 

Our Markets 

Our markets include automotive - fuel injection pumps, foundry and castings industries and the domestic and commercial plumbing industry where brass components contain greater risk of porosity and need effective impregnation protection.
